Josh c6088d5431 docs: document 13 undocumented features, add 7 plugins and 4 themes

Features now documented:
  display-popup, display-menu, select-pane -T (pane titles),
  run-shell async/-b, set-hook -gu, send-keys -p/-N/-X,
  -L server namespaces, status-format[] multi-line status bar,
  choose-buffer, clear-prompt-history, unbind-key -a -T table,
  pane-border-format with pane_title

plugins.md: added battery, continuum, cpu, git-status, logging,
  net-speed, sidebar plugins and Everforest, Kanagawa, One Dark,
  Rose Pine themes with full table and links

features.md: updated command count from 76 to 92

psmux has a full plugin ecosystem — ports of the most popular tmux plugins, reimplemented in PowerShell for Windows.

Quick Start

# Install the plugin manager
git clone https://github.com/psmux/psmux-plugins.git "$env:TEMP\psmux-plugins"
Copy-Item "$env:TEMP\psmux-plugins\ppm" "$env:USERPROFILE\.psmux\plugins\ppm" -Recurse
Remove-Item "$env:TEMP\psmux-plugins" -Recurse -Force

Then add to your ~/.psmux.conf:

set -g @plugin 'psmux-plugins/ppm'
set -g @plugin 'psmux-plugins/psmux-sensible'
run '~/.psmux/plugins/ppm/ppm.ps1'

Press Prefix + I inside psmux to install the declared plugins.
