Add new motion accessibility features to iOS. (#178102)
Closes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/177330 Contributes to https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/175878 ### Description This PR implements support for three new iOS accessibility motion features. - `Auto-Play Animated Images`: Informs the app when the user has chosen to pause automatically playing GIFs and other animated content. - `Auto-Play Video Previews`: Informs the app when the user has disabled the automatic playback of video previews. - `Prefer Non-Blinking Cursor`: Informs the app that the user prefers a non-blinking text insertion indicator in editable text fields. The original issue requested seven features. I was able to find and implement features with clear, public, and general-purpose APIs. The remaining features were not included for the following reasons: - `Vehicle Motion Cues`: No public API found. - `Auto-Play Message Effects`: No public API found. This is likely a feature exclusive to the Messages framework. - `Limit Frame Rate`: No public API found. - `Dim Flashing Lights`: There is a public API available [MADimFlashingLightsEnabled](https://developer.apple.com/documentation/mediaaccessibility/madimflashinglightsenabled()). It is intended for media playback frameworks. Also host build-tools 33.0.1, platform-34, and platform-35 in our android_sdk bundle (#180653)

Modify the create_cipd_packages.sh script to allow uploading multiple build-tools versions, and update to new bundle (#179963)

Unmodified android sdk bundle (#179647)
Changes our cipd hosted android sdk+ndk bundle to no longer modify directory structure from what Android directly provides, allowing AGP to find the ndk automatically and preventing downloading. 1. Changes the `create_cipd_packages.sh` script so we don't move the ndk 2. Uses the new script to upload a [36v4unmodified](https://chrome-infra-packages.appspot.com/p/flutter/android/sdk/all/linux-amd64/+/version:36v4unmodified) bundle 3. Changes DEPS+ci.yaml to reference the new bundle 4. Changes GN build rules accordingly 5. [Reland] Generate ignore lockfiles and Update Android Embedder Dependencies (#178538)
This PR is the first of 2 that will update the Android Embedder to use the new dependency for AndroidX Exifinterface. This PR generates the necessary ignore lockfiles files. These files will be deleted in a follow-up PR that also regenerates the gradle lockfiles from the universal engine artifacts. [Reland] Gradle Lockfile workaround (#178485)
Create a workaround for generating gradle lock files. When the ignore files exist, gradle locking will be disabled. This will allow deps for the embedder to be checked in, and then in a follow-up PR the lockfiles can correctly be updated and the ignore files can be deleted. Note: This does NOT include the addition of the new exifinterface dep for the Android embedder. Reland "Update all uses of mutable SkPath methods to use SkPathBuilder" (#178142)
This is a reland of https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/177738 with a fix to the `Op` function in `tools/path_ops`. [skia] Explicitly disable XPS backend (#177050)
Skia's working on some breaking changes to the XPS backend. Flutter does not use this backend explicitly, but it is being compiled in on Windows builds. Copy symlinks when creating android cipd package, and update to package w/ symlinks (#177638)
`cp -r` isn't [well defined](https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/18712/difference-between-cp-r-and-cp-r-copy-command), but on my mac (and probably on the other android team members macs) it doesn't copy symlinks (instead it follows the symlink and copies the file). `cp -a` is well defined, and copies the symlinks. This will probably fix https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/177286, the symlinks are there for sure locally so it is just a question of if the upload process tramples them. Change Flutter APIs to use spans (#177272)
Some old APIs are currently guarded by `SK_SUPPORT_UNSPANNED_APIS` and Skia plans to delete them (for example in this [CL](https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/1073616)). Update NDK to The Latest Stable (#175365)
Updated ndk to `28.2.13676358`. Android ndk `r28` is required to automatically compile to 16KB page sizes [here](https://developer.android.com/guide/practices/page-sizes#compile-r28). Otherwise extra configurations and flags are required. Have to update the configs in engine first. This is part 1. Build engine TUs with C++20. (#174471)
The changes: * Creating a bit-mask with different enum values is now a warning. Fixed offending instances. * `char8_t` is a different type. Fixed those instances. * Disabling modules in Objective-C requires bypassing the driver. * Aggregate initialization fails when there are other constructors for structs. Added explicit constructors. * `gn format` doesn't seem to be run on erstwhile buildroot GN files. Fixes the formatting. But can back this out since it is technically unrelated to C++20. |
