Use kPreventOverdraw for arcs with overlapping stroke caps (#179312)

Check for a null cached image in SingleFrameCodec::getNextFrame (#179483)
This could happen if the image decoder invoked its callback with a null image to signal an error. The SingleFrameCodec's status will be kComplete but its cached image will not be set. Fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/161031 |

Make SettingsChannel configuration queue not static (#179636)
SettingsChannel has a static data structure that stores system configurations. This is fine if there is one engine. If there are two FlutterViews and two engines - this static configuration is shared between the two different engines. Because of the way the queue deletes old entries this will result in one engine missing it's configuration. Fix - Semantics focus does not move outside viewport when moving up or down (#179480)
Fixes regression caused by PR [#174374](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/174374). SliverLists are not scrolling with TalkBack. Update fixes the issue by adding the ScrollView or HorizontalScrollView if the scroll actions are present. Move target_cpu into use_rbe block in Fuchsia build (#179458)
The `target_cpu` local is only used if `use_rbe` is true. Move its
definition into the `use_rbe` block to avoid local build issues like

fix: check both pointer count and action before reusing MotionEvent (#178528)
Fix issue https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/169486 ## Problem After [PR #178015](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/178015) was merged, Android platform views experience gesture blocking after multi-touch operations (e.g., pinch-to-zoom). The issue occurs because: 1. PR #178015 changed framework behavior to encode original pointer count in events 2. Framework now sends events with **different actions** than the original MotionEvent - Example: Framework sends `ACTION_MOVE (2)` while original event is `ACTION_POINTER_UP (6)` 3. The existing engine code only checked **pointer count**, not action 4. This caused the engine to use original event with wrong action → gesture blocked ### Logs Showing the Issue trackedEvent.pointerCount=2, touch.pointerCount=2, trackedEvent.action=6 (ACTION_POINTER_UP), touch.action=2 (ACTION_MOVE) → Pointer counts MATCH, using original event → WebView receives ACTION_POINTER_UP but expects ACTION_MOVE → Gesture blocked! ❌ |

[Windows] Allow apps to prefer high power GPUs (#177653)
Added a `HighPerformancePreference` flag alongside the existing `LowPowerPreference`, following the same principle. This is useful for games and other high-performance applications. Adds Impellerc flatbuffer format versioning. (#175470)
Fixes #172899 This PR adds a format_version number to the root table of the 3 flat buffer formats that impellerc creates; runtime stages, shader bundles and shader archives. It also adds a 'format_version' key to the root table of the shader bundle json format for completeness (Though it could be argued that the json format does not require this, I feel it may still be useful there). This allows for format compatibility checks with future versions of the table as @chinmaygarde expressed concerns about in #168294 and @jonahwilliams mentions in #166944 . The current code only checks for compatibility with the current version, but this mechanism allows for backwards compatibility in the future and not handling flat buffers with formats with new version number. The big win here is that format_version numbers allow us to abort parsing anything that we may not understand that could possible cause problems, corruptions or crashes. The changes are simple and straightforward and I feel they lay a reasonable foundation for version handling for any future changes. The version numbers themselves are defined within the `runtime_stage_types.fbs`, `shader_bundle.fbs` and `shader_archive.fbs` where I feel they should be as they can directly be incremented if any changes to the flat buffer format are made. Mechanisms for handling of backwards compatibility in the future should be straightforward to make in the corresponding c++ code allowing for the continued support of older (lower) version numbers if so desired. This addresses #172899 and the other concerns mentioned in the issues/pr's mentioned above. I plan on including my tests for exclusion of non-matching versions - Existing test verify that the version checking confirms matching versions. I wanted to get this out there for discussion before spending more time on this in case this approach is rejected outright. I have a companion PR which adds FragmentProgram.fromBytes() to the engine (c++ and canvaskit/wasm). [ios] Reland Dynamic Content Resizing (#179153)
This is a reland of https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/177410 The previous pr was hitting deadlocks with tests that use screenshots. This reland fixes it by submitting frames asynchronously instead of synchronously. This PR fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/169147 This is the iOS implementation of https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/149033 In Add-to-App scenarios, a common desired use case is to have the embedded FlutterView be able to size itself based on it's content. Up till now, the size had to be manually specified, which can be tedious and inaccurate. This PR adds a new flag, `isAutoResizable`, which enables the ability for the embedded flutter view to dynamically set it's own size based off it's content. Note that this feature will *NOT* work if the the embedded app is wrapped in flexible or unsized widgets, such as Scaffold. The FlutterView will just not display at all. [win32] Replace threadpool timer with custom background thread timer (#179249)

Fix for PR #174374 - Fix - TalkBack does not announce list information (#177622)
Fix for PR #174374. It was reverted due to failing tests for creating CollectionInfo and CollectionItemInfo using constructors added in API 30. I used the `obtain` method for creating both CollectionInfo and CollectionItemInfo if the API version is lower than 33. The `obtain` method was deprecated in API 33. > > Updating AccessibilityBridge.java and AccessibilityBridgeTest.java to include AccessibilityNodeInfo.CollectionItemInfo to get TalkBack to announce item indexes for ListViews. > > Updated the logic for adding CollectionInfo to add when the scrollChildren count is greater than 1. This is an attempt to exclude something like a SingleChildScrollView from getting CollectionInfo added. The only semantics info we can rely on from Android is the hasImplicitScrolling and the number of scrollChildren. > Added logic for adding the CollectionItemInfo to ListView children. It first checks to see if the parent node qualifies for CollectionInfo and then adds the CollectionItemInfo to the child view. The index values come from the childrenInTraversalOrder. We aren't currently passing the indexedSemantics into the SemanticsNode. Documents and fixes behavior when clipping background filter fragment shader (#178940)
fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/178798 This passes all the golden tests. It fixes the linked issue by avoiding rasterization which resets the frag coords. I have a feeling there may be some case where this may fail that we haven't considered in a golden test. Small refactor in PlayStoreDeferredComponentManager.java (#178586)
This change :
- replaces `equals("")` with `isEmpty`
- removes unnecessary casting to `SplitInstallException` because
`getMessage` is inherited from Exception directly.
- avoid using a loop and use `addAll` instead :

FlutterWindowsView::SendWindowMetrics now reliably sends the display_id (#179053)
fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/178982 This payload used to not matter (since the display ID was always zero), but now not setting the display ID results in the display ID to be set to zero. [ios] Dynamic Content Resizing (#177410)
This PR fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/169147 This is the iOS implementation of https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/149033 In Add-to-App scenarios, a common desired use case is to have the embedded FlutterView be able to size itself based on it's content. Up till now, the size had to be manually specified, which can be tedious and inaccurate. This PR adds a new flag, `isAutoResizable`, which enables the ability for the embedded flutter view to dynamically set it's own size based off it's content. Note that this feature will *NOT* work if the the embedded app is wrapped in flexible or unsized widgets, such as Scaffold. The FlutterView will just not display at all. Fix Windows Enter key after focus loss (#178523)
Fix issue: https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/169447 Problem: On Windows, pressing Enter after refocusing the app could drop the first keydown because the embedder still thought the key was pressed, causing a double-press requirement and HardwareKeyboard assertions. Fix: In KeyboardKeyEmbedderHandler, synthesize a key-up whenever Win32 reports a “fresh” down for a key still tracked as pressed, so Flutter sees a release before the new down.
