[Material] update hourFormat to use Dart 3 switch expression (#181041) 
While I was looking through `time.dart`, I noticed that `hourFormat` was
still using the old switch-case style with a lot of boilerplate. Since
we are moving towards Dart 3 patterns, I thought it'd be a good idea to
swap this out for a switch expression. It's much cleaner now and handles
the `TimeOfDayFormat` mapping in just a few lines.

I also realized there weren't any direct tests for this specific
function (it was mostly covered by larger integration tests), so I added
a small test group in `time_test.dart` to make sure every enum value
maps to the right `HourFormat` correctly.

This is a trivial internal refactor and does not fix a specific bug
report, so no issue is linked.

[Android] Add display corner radii support. (#179219) 
Closes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/97349
Unblocks https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/178463

### Description

This PR focuses only on the Android side.

As was discussed in https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/97349, the
iOS API for getting display corner radii is private. The only safe way
to get the radii values is to generate a lookup table ahead and use its
values at runtime. I would be happy to work on the iOS implementation in
a separate PR after this lands.

- Adds `displayCornerRadii` in the physical pixels to the engine's
window metrics
- Adds `displayCornerRadii` support on the Android API 31+
- Adds `displayCornerRadii` in the logical pixels to the `MediaQuery`
- Adds and updates tests

Add RenderSliver.getMaxPaintRect (#180074) 
This PR extracts the `getMaxPaintRect` logic into a shared method in
`RenderSliver`. This helper is required for upcoming changes in #179003
and #179802 to avoid code duplication.

Improve the algorithm for rounded superellipse paths to work better at very large ratio (#180453) 
This PR uses a new algorithm that approximates the superellipse curve
with two conic curves, instead of one cubic curves. This algorithm works
much better at very large ratio. Fixes
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/179875 .

A new playground is added in this PR to show enlarged corner of a
rounded superellipse at very large ratio and compares its path version
and filled version.

As the following video shows, the flat segment of the superellipse curve
is the hardest to approximate, since most of its curvature happens near
the right end. The best that a single cubic curve can do is close to a
straight line.

Although the largest deviation is only ~1e-6, the "feeling" from the
lack of curvature is sensible as shown in the following screenshot.

Fix test cross-imports for ListTile (#180572) 
- A part of https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/177415
- In this PR:
- Build a minimal TestListTile widget in `list_tile_test_utils.dart`.
It's basically a Container with necessary properties like min height,
padding, onTap callback with `HitTestBehavior.opaque` to illustrate
InkWell used in ListTile.
- Replace material ListTile widget with TestListTile for all appearances
in `packages/flutter/test/widgets`

Remove MaterialButtons and Divider from draggable_scrollable_sheet_test.dart (#180996) 
This PR removes the MaterialButtons and Divider from
test/widgets/draggable_scrollable_sheet_test.dart
I also replaced some usages of WidgetsApp that did not use
`WidgetsApp(home: home)` with MaterialApp.
These usages can be replaced once
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/180456 provides
`TestWidgetsApp`.

Remove divider from widgets tests (#180999) 
This PR removes `Divider` usages from
`test/widgets/scroll_view_test.dart` and
`test/widgets/list_view_test.dart`.
Usages of `Divider()` still exist under `examples/api` and in code

clean up usages of resetXyz for TestFlutterView (#180840) 
While reviewing https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/180728 we
noticed that usage of `TestFlutterView.resetXyz()` was quite liberal and
some places benefit from using `TestFlutterView.reset()`, to avoid
repetition.

This PR cleans that up.

Fixes #179337 by moving the disposal of an animation controller outside
of the didUpdate method flow. It was unnecessary to rebuild this
controller on update, and was originally put there to follow the pattern
of the other animations. However, unlike the other animations, this one
is not chained to animations from outside of the transition's place in
the tree, and was throwing exceptions from the ticker mixin in some
cases.

Add drag handle to CupertinoSheet (#179962) 
Fixes #179358.

Adds the option to add a native styled drag handle to the top of a
Cupertino sheet through the `showDragHandle` property. By default this
is false, the same way it is for the native SwiftUI sheet.

Styling for the handle is based off of native versions of the handle,
and Apple's Figma files.

Fix division by zero in RenderTable intrinsic size methods (#178217) 
## Description

This PR fixes a division by zero crash in `RenderTable` when intrinsic
size methods are called on empty tables (0 rows × 0 columns) with
non-zero constraints.

### The Problem

When `RenderTable` has 0 columns and intrinsic size methods
(`computeMinIntrinsicHeight`, `computeMaxIntrinsicHeight`,
`computeMinIntrinsicWidth`, `computeMaxIntrinsicWidth`) are called with
non-zero width constraints, the code calls `_computeColumnWidths()`
without checking if the table is empty. This leads to division by zero
at line 1140:

```dart
final double delta = (minWidthConstraint - tableWidth) / columns;
// When columns = 0, this crashes with division by zero
```

### The Solution

Added early return checks `if (rows * columns == 0) return 0.0;` to all
four intrinsic size methods, matching the pattern already used by other
methods that call `_computeColumnWidths()`:

- `computeDryBaseline` (line 1242) - already has the check
- `computeDryLayout` (line 1274) - already has the check
- `performLayout` (line 1318) - already has the check
- `paint` (line 1461) - already has the check

Now all four intrinsic methods are consistent with the rest of the
codebase.

### Testing

Added comprehensive test coverage (`Empty table intrinsic dimensions
should not crash`) that:
- Creates an empty table (0×0)
- Calls all four intrinsic size methods with various constraints
- Verifies they return 0.0 without crashing

### Changes Made

**packages/flutter/lib/src/rendering/table.dart:**
- Added empty table check to `computeMinIntrinsicWidth` (line 963-965)
- Added empty table check to `computeMaxIntrinsicWidth` (line 978-980)
- Added empty table check to `computeMinIntrinsicHeight` (line 995-997)
- Added empty table check to `computeMaxIntrinsicHeight` (line
1016-1019)

**packages/flutter/test/rendering/table_test.dart:**
- Added test case `Empty table intrinsic dimensions should not crash`
- Tests all four intrinsic methods with both finite and infinite
constraints

intrinsic sizing widgets (like `IntrinsicHeight`, `IntrinsicWidth`) on
empty tables.

Fix DropdownMenuEntry.style not resolved when entry is highlighted (#178873) 
## Description

This PR adds logic to resolve `DropdownMenuEntry.style` properties with
the correct `WidgetState` when an item is highlighted.

When `MenuItemButton` are highlighted the focused state is not added
automatically because the focus does not move to the items (it stays on
the `TextField` in order to let the user enters text to filter the items
list). This PR sets the `MenuItemButton.statesController` with a forced
focused state to let `MenuItemButton` know that the focused state should
be use to resolve the properties.

Fixes [DropdownMenuEntry style's text style is not resolving with
states](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/177363)

Fix/ios share context menu (#176199) 
This PR fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/173491 by adding
the missing 'Share' option to the default iOS SystemContextMenu when
shareEnabled is true.

Changes:

Added IOSSystemContextMenuItemShare to getDefaultItems in
system_context_menu.dart.
Added a widget test to ensure Share is present in the default items for
non-empty selections on iOS.
Rationale:
This aligns Flutter's default iOS text selection context menu with
native iOS behavior, ensuring users see the expected 'Share' option when
selecting text.

Add DropdownMenuFormField.errorBuilder (#179345) 
## Description

This PR adds the `DropdownMenuFormField.errorBuilder` property which
makes it possible to customize the widget used to display the error
message.

This is a follow-up to https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/162255
which added the `errorBuilder` property to other form fields.

Fixes [DropdownMenuFormField is missing an errorBuilder
property](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/172416)

## Tests

Updates 5 tests.
Adds 1 test.
