7d6576b603 Use older version of androidx.annotation library (fixes #58) 
Intentionally use old version of annotation library which doesn't depend on kotlin-stdlib
to not unnecessarily complicate client projects due to potential duplicate class build errors
caused by https://kotlinlang.org/docs/whatsnew18.html#updated-jvm-compilation-target

105db470e0 sample: Fix recycling tessApi while processing is in progress 
Calling recycle() while the recognition is in progress will result in crash.
When no recognition is in progress, we recycle the tessApi immediately,
otherwise we set flag to let the processing thread do the recycling.
