How Catppuccin is structured and lead.
Catppuccin, as noted in our description, is a community-driven pastel theme. What this means is that the community is the driving force behind the entire project. The theme simply cannot exist without the voluntary efforts of everyone getting involved in creating, fixing and maintaining the various ports across the organisation.
That being said, there are 4 teams of people with various elevated permissions and responsibilities, referred to commonly as the "leadership" teams. These teams are responsible for the overall direction of the organisation, having some level of oversight across all the ports, and moderating the community.

Core
Owners of the GitHub organisation.
Responsible for organisation wide matters. Such as setting the direction of the organisation, approving new ports, adding new maintainers, and cultivating a healthy community.

Overseers of all userstyles.
Responsible for all matters related to userstyles. Such as setting the direction of all userstyles, approving new userstyles, and maintaining them.
