Add folder structure documentation and update navigation 
- Create a new document detailing the required folder structures for RomM.
- Update the Quick Start Guide to reference the new folder structure documentation.
- Add a link to the folder structure in the navigation menu.
- Include an image for uploading ROMs in the resources.
