fix(lib/vscode): fix terminalLayoutInfoArgs 
It looks like before, the ISetTerminalLAyoutInfoArgs and
IGetTerminalLayoutInfoArgs were part of the terminal interface, but now they're
just interfaces so this commit fixes the imports to get them from
vs/platform/terminal/common/terminalProcess.
