Production JSX is pre-compiled by build.sh (Babel.transformScriptTags is already stubbed), so @babel/standalone was downloaded + parsed (~3MB / ~665KB gz) on every cold load for nothing — and it sat 3rd in the strictly-serial 8-lib loader chain, blocking chart/marked/dompurify/jspdf from starting to download until it loaded. build.sh now strips the babel loadScriptWithFallback() step from the PRODUCTION output only; the --restore dev path is untouched (index.html.original still carries it) because dev transpiles <script type=text/babel> in the browser. Verified: rebuilt bundle has 0 babel refs, loader chain node --check clean (react->react-dom->chart->..., 7 libs), pegaproxLibsReady still set, app JS intact.
