mkellermann97 93ff31c062 fix(#417 followup): deploy.sh/update.sh ignored branch — pulled main always
Reported by @elektronen on the #417 thread: installed via curl pointing
at the Testing-branch deploy.sh, but got the OLD `chmod 0600 required`
error and a boot loop anyway.

Root cause: the curl pulled the Testing version of deploy.sh, BUT line 178
did `git clone --depth 1 --quiet "$GITHUB_REPO" ...` with no --branch flag,
so it always cloned the default branch (main). The 0640-permissive
keystore.py change is in Testing but not yet in main, so main's
keystore.py overwrote the in-flight install and the service hit the OLD
"chmod 0600 required" rejection on its own 0640 key.

Net effect for the operator: secret.key was correctly created at 0640
(by Testing's deploy.sh logic which DID run), but /opt/PegaProx/pegaprox/
core/keystore.py came from main and rejected it. Mismatch → boot loop.

Two-part fix:

(1) deploy.sh — `git clone` now uses `--branch "$GITHUB_BRANCH"` where
GITHUB_BRANCH defaults to "main" but can be overridden via the
    PEGAPROX_BRANCH env var. So `PEGAPROX_BRANCH=Testing curl ... | sudo
bash` installs from the Testing branch end-to-end. Default install
    behaviour is unchanged.

(2) update.sh — same env-var support. GITHUB_RAW, GITHUB_ARCHIVE, and the
SHA256SUMS grep all parameterise on $GITHUB_BRANCH. Mirror fallback
stays main-only (the mirror only serves main); when running with a
non-default branch and GitHub is unreachable, you fall back to main
content — acceptable since the mirror is the offline-network path,
    not the primary one.

Verified:
- bash -n on both scripts: clean
- Sandbox: `git clone --depth 1 --branch main ...` → HEAD on main with the
  OLD `chmod 0600 required` error message (confirms elektronen's case)
- Sandbox: `PEGAPROX_BRANCH=Testing` → clone HEAD on Testing with the FIXED
  `must be 0600 or 0640 only` message
- Default unset → main as before (no behaviour change for existing users)

Workaround for elektronen and anyone else stuck on the boot loop right now
(secret.key at 0640, but keystore.py from main):

  sudo chown pegaprox:pegaprox /etc/pegaprox/secret.key
  sudo chmod 0600 /etc/pegaprox/secret.key
  sudo systemctl restart pegaprox

— that makes the file owned by the service user with mode 0600, which
main's keystore.py accepts. Or alternatively, re-run deploy.sh once this
patch lands with `PEGAPROX_BRANCH=Testing curl ... | sudo bash`.
