Make removing 'Powered by PegaProx' from the client portal an unambiguous license violation, not just an inference: - NOTICE (new): declare, under AGPL-3.0 Section 7(b), that the 'Powered by PegaProx' attribution is a REQUIRED author attribution / Appropriate Legal Notice that must be preserved in every copy + modified version + network instance (§13). PegaProx is AGPL-3.0 only — no separate proprietary/white-label license; the attribution applies to everyone without exception. - portal.html: turn the footer into a complete Appropriate Legal Notice (add the © 2025-2026 PegaProx Team copyright + Source + AGPL-3.0 links alongside the attribution) and flag it in a comment as a required §7(b) notice. - README: reference the NOTICE §7(b) term + the §13 source-disclosure obligation.

Pursuant to Section 7(b) of the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3,
|
|
the following additional term applies to the Program and to every modified or
|
|
derivative version of it:
|
|
|
|
ATTRIBUTION. You must retain, and must not remove, hide, obscure, disable, or
|
|
alter, the "Powered by PegaProx" author attribution and its accompanying legal
|
|
notice that the Program displays in its client portal user interface (and any
|
|
functionally equivalent attribution the Program displays elsewhere in its user
|
|
interface). The attribution must remain visible, legible, and functional —
|
|
including the link to https://pegaprox.com and the accompanying copyright,
|
|
source-code, and license references — in every copy you convey and in every
|
|
instance you make available to users over a network (see Section 13 below),
|
|
whether or not the Program has been modified.
|
|
|
|
This "Powered by PegaProx" attribution is a reasonable author attribution and
|
|
legal notice within the meaning of Section 7(b), and forms part of the
|
|
"Appropriate Legal Notices" of the Program.
|
|
|
|
Removing, hiding, disabling, or replacing this attribution — for example, so that
|
|
a hosted client panel no longer displays "Powered by PegaProx" — is a violation
|
|
of this license.

|
|
|
|

REMINDER — Section 13 (Remote Network Interaction)
|
|

|
|
|
Independently of the attribution term above, Section 13 of the AGPL-3.0 requires
|
|
that if you run a modified version of this Program and make it available to users
|
|
over a computer network, you must offer those users access to the Corresponding
|
|
Source of your modified version, free of charge, through a network server.
|
|
|
|
In practice this means: if you modify PegaProx (including by editing or removing
|
|
its branding) and host it for others to use, you must publish the complete source
|
|
of your modified version to those users.
|
|
|
|
PegaProx is distributed under the AGPL-3.0 only; there is no separate proprietary
|
|
or "white-label" license. The attribution above therefore applies to every user
|
|
