rastacalavera b4cb023fc2 Update docker-compose.md

These are some suggested changes that may provide some additional clarity to someone new to LSIO and docker/bash in general. I know that when I first got started I could never get the aliases to work because I just copied and pasted them while my `docker-compose.yml` was in a home directory. I don't know the difference between the last two aliases otherwise I would have added a note in there.

Introduction

Welcome to the home of the LinuxServer.io documentation! It is our goal to ensure that all of our images are properly documented with all of the relevant information in order to help our users get started. As well as individual set up guides for each of our images, there is also general information pertaining to the running of Docker containers, and best practices.
