Adding RTL layout with Arabic text would be helpful for Text Fields snapshot tests to ensure we don't break RTL layouts. While this change paves the way for a scalable way to introduce RTL test classes, it does not correctly trigger layouts for RTL. Part of #5762 Source of #6022
