- `./gradlew uploadArchives` generates a maven repository with all the libraries that MDC requires and generates.
- Adds a new argument to pass to gradle, -PmavenRepoUrl to customize the maven repository location (it defaults to /tmp/myRepo otherwise). For example `./gradlew uploadArchives -PmavenRepoUrl=file://localhost/Users/miguelandres/myRepo`).
- Added a rootProject.ext.mdcLibraryVersion variable to set all libraries to a matching version when building the maven repository.
- Added a getArchivesBaseName(projectName) function to main build.gradle to generate all of the maven artifactIds programatically.
- Removes Source Jar and javadoc generation, since they have to be adapted to use droiddoc and to contain the entire source across gradle project boundaries (see b111021813 for an example of cross-project boundary javadoc generation)

Material Components for Android are based on Android’s Design support library (DesignLib) which will continue to be released as part of Android’s SDK.
