Update FabTransformationBehavior to transform the FloatingActionButton
...
Rather than just setting the FloatingActionButton to be invisible, we should actually perform the translation transformation on it. This is necessary to allow for other views which may be watching for transformations (such as the BAB) to update.

Transformation- Ignore the scrim when updating accessibility importance. The scrim is used to dismiss an expanded FAB, so this helps ensure that the scrim remains clickable with Switch Access and TalkBack after a FAB has been expanded.
