Roll GN to 81b24e01 (#176119) 
This version contains a change that adds support for the hpp11 file
suffix (see
https://gn.googlesource.com/gn/+/487f8353f15456474437df32bb186187b0940b45)

The change is needed when using current versions of the vulkan-deps
SPIR-V headers.

Flutter Engine

Setting up the Engine development environment

gclient bootstrap

Flutter engine uses gclient to manage dependencies.

If you've already cloned the flutter repository:

  1. Copy one of the engine/scripts/*.gclient to the root folder as .gclient:
    1. Googlers: copy rbe.gclient to enable faster builds with RBE
    2. Everyone else: copy standard.gclient
  2. run gclient sync from the root folder
