Add missing parameters in TextFormField (#127020) 
`TextFormField` does not have all the parameters of `TextField`.

Added:
```dart
    UndoHistoryController? undoController,
    AppPrivateCommandCallback? onAppPrivateCommand,

    ui.BoxHeightStyle selectionHeightStyle = ui.BoxHeightStyle.tight,
