Seigo Nonaka df66baa6fa Add more native perf tests to minikin. 
This CL introduces performance tests for following three modules:
- Hyphenator
- WordBreaker
- GraphemeBreak

During using UnicodeUtils, need to decouple it from gtest since
perftest doesn't have gtest dependencies.
