Chris Bracken da87c7cab3 [iOS] Eliminate framework bitcode stripping flag (flutter/engine#36628 )

Eliminates the `--strip-bitcode` flag from the `create_ios_framework.py`
and `create_full_ios_framework.py` scripts.
