Also, rename ScrollableMetrics to ScrollMetrics, which follows the
naming convention for most of the other classes (e.g., ScrollPosition,
ScrollPhysics).

Finally, fix a bug whereby SingleChildScrollView could not have a
GlobalKey, because, write test, find bug.
