This patch just adds them to dart:sky. A future patch will actually use them in the framework once we've published an updated sky_engine package. Also, add dartdoc to the classes touched in this patch.
Sky Engine
This directory contains the bulk of the C++ code backing the
dart:sky module.
It is based on Blink, Chromium's rendering engine, which itself is descended from WebKit, which is descended from KHTML.
