Update TextFormField restoration tests (#166678 )

## Description

This PR updates TextFormField restoration tests:
- It adds a missing test, the one whose description is 'Textformfield
value is restorable'.
- It adds one test to replace two tests (and their corresponding helper
class) which were duplicated from TextField tests, see
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/blob/master/packages/flutter/test/material/text_field_restoration_test.dart

## Related Issue

Found while working on [Create
DropdownMenuFormField](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/141941)

## Tests

Adds 2 tests.
Removes 2 tests.
