Eric Seidel e3d08b1dab Teach mojo_cache_linker how to use a cache ...

Many of the .so files in out/Debug are hundreds
of megabytes in size.  md5sum can take seconds
to churn through them all, so I've added
a small caching layer which makes this script
take no time in the common case.
