Add doc-import for references to CommonFinders (#156539 )

This adds back in the doc comment references for `CommonFinders` that
caused CI issues when @gspencergoog was trying to land
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/149349.

This essentially reverts
a7721fe489.
