Developer tools for building Flutter applications.
Be sure to follow the instructions on CONTRIBUTING.md to setup.
To run the tests, ensure that no devices are connected,
then navigate to flutter_tools and execute:
../../bin/cache/dart-sdk/bin/pub run test
