Making the multiple_windows example app demonstrate dialogs of dialogs (#177786 )

## What's new?
- Users can now create a dialog whose parent is a dialog in the example
app

multiple_windows

A reference application demonstrating multi-window support for Flutter using a rich semantics windowing API. At the moment, only the Windows platform is supported.

Running

To run the example application, you must:

Be on Flutter's main release channel
Provide the --enable-windowing flag to flutter
