Wai Hon Law e8d968ed8d Update repair command for Arch Linux (#30428) 
The current repair command for Arch Linux is no longer valid because
`lib32-libstdc++5` had been removed from multilib.

Actually, `lib32-gcc-libs` from core just work.

Flutter Tools

Developer tools for building Flutter applications.

Be sure to follow the instructions on CONTRIBUTING.md to setup.

To run the tests, ensure that no devices are connected, then navigate to flutter_tools and execute:

../../bin/cache/dart-sdk/bin/pub run test
