Add tool to create multi-arch iOS gen_snapshot (#4948)
This adds create_macos_gen_snapshot.py, which can be used to generate a
multi-architecture (x86_64, i386) gen_snapshot fat binary. The resulting
binary can then be run in the desired mode using:

/usr/bin/arch -i386 path/to/gen_snapshot
/usr/bin/arch -x86_64 path/to/gen_snapshot

When creating AOT snapshots for iOS, running as an i386 binary will
generate armv7 code, whereas running as an x86_64 binary will generate
arm64 code.

Flutter Engine

Build Status

Flutter is a new way to build high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps. Flutter is optimized for today's, and tomorrow's, mobile devices. We are focused on low-latency input and high frame rates on Android and iOS.

The Flutter Engine is the runtime environment for hosting Flutter applications. Most developers will interact with Flutter via the Flutter Framework and APIs, which run inside the engine.

Flutter is still under development and we continue to add features. However, it is ready for use by early adopters who are willing to deal with the odd wrinkle or two along the way. We hope you try it out and send us feedback.
