Simplify loading of app bundles on Android (#9360) ...

* Remove deprecated runBundle APIs
* Remove code related to dynamic patching (including support for multiple
  bundle paths)
* Change FlutterRunArugments.bundlePath to be the Android AssetManager path
  where the app's assets are located
