The output location of gen_snapshot differs based on the engine's target
platform, and we don't know the target platform when building a
platform-independent FLX in JIT mode.

Flutter tools

Tools for building Flutter applications.

To run the tests, ensure that no devices are connected, then navigate to flutter_tools and execute:

../../bin/cache/dart-sdk/bin/pub run test
