This reverts commit 97e03104a0913886a666a36f5d11ab5763d45e6e.

Landing on red to hopefully make less red on the board.

Flutter Tools

Tools for building Flutter applications.

Be sure to follow the instructions on CONTRIBUTING.md to setup.

To run the tests, ensure that no devices are connected, then navigate to flutter_tools and execute:

../../bin/cache/dart-sdk/bin/pub run test
