Clarify failure messages on `gestures/debug_test.dart`. Extracted from https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/176968 in an attempt to keep it simpler. This just adds a custom error message to all asserts on the `Gesture details debugFillProperties` test, making it clear _which_ event broke the test.
