Moving WebInputEvent into public/platform lets us refer to it directly in core, which will let us remove the PlatformFooEvent classes.
The final pipeline will be:
1) mojo::InputEvent (IPC type, device pixels)
2) blink::WebInputEvent (platform abstraction, logical pixels)
3) blink::Event (DOM type, logical pixels)
If mojo::InputEvent used logical pixels, it would probably be easier to just
use mojo::InputEvent as the platform abstraction, but instead we use the
mojo-to-blink conversion to translate between device and logical pixels, like
we do everywhere else in Sky.

I believe this doesn't change behavior, but it's hard
to know since we don't have spellchecking hooked up.
Also, delete setToolTip. This is for tooltips on spelling
markers. We don't support tooltips.

This patch remove the Web Animations & CSS Animation runtime flags (and enables both). Removes prefixed Aninamations & Transitions and adds some basic tests & test support API.

These were a feature for allowing multiple
scripting contexts to access the same global
state without leaking wrappers between them.
For example, if the inspector wanted to
modify window.Array.dangerousFunction = ...
it wouldn't want the author's content to have
access to that.
This feature is not part of Sky's security model
and thus this is just dead code.
I tried to remove worlds all together, but there
is something special about how we use a
"fake" world (which is neither main nor isolated)
for GC, regexp and testing.

TouchAdjustment adjusts the hit test rects to nearby elements so
that when touch targets are too small they can still be hit by users. Instead
applications should just make their touch targets big enough, and if they
need adjustment it should be implemented at the framework level.

Particularly, this deletes RenderLayerCompositor. After this,
there's just CompositingState left to remove.
This is all dead code, so there should be no change in behavior.

This caused us to lose our gn check certification. :(
Turns out gn check was just ignoring all the header
paths it didn't understand and so gn check passing
for sky wasn't meaning much. I tried to straighten
out some of the mess in this CL, but its going to take
several more rounds of massaging before gn check
passes again. On the bright side (almost) all of
our headers are absolute now. Turns out my script
(attached to the bug) didn't notice ../ includes
but I'll fix that in the next patch.

This starts to break the dependency between blink and
the new v8_inspector. At least now the front-end
object InspectorBackendMojo is treated as a peer to
WebView instead of WebView providing one.
Unfortunately I also had to teach Page about
InspectorHost in order to make it possible to
lookup the InspectorHost from the v8::Context.
I'm sure there is a nicer way to associate the
InspectorHost with the context but for now
I've chosen this path, we can untangle the
connection in a later patch.
I also ended up removing Page::allPages
and all callers, since they ended up as dead code.

The debugger can now correctly break on exceptions
and show the corresponding line in the inspector.
It correctly understands which scripts are internal
to sky and does not pause during them.
There is still a ton to make work here
(including stacktraces which I have not tested),
but basic functionality seems to work.
The current implementation is not smart enough to
unpause the inspector when the frontend disconnects.

This CL introduces an HTMLViewElement which, when inserted into a document,
causes a mojo::View to be created and navigated to the provided URL. No
compositing is done, but the view manager handles the rendering (as I
understand it).

We never paint scroll corners. The only thing we need them
for is so that the vertical and horizontal scrollbars don't
overlap each other. So, that's the only place left that
still computes a scroll corner rect.
We don't support resizers. Remove the code for them as well
as the CSS resize property.

This CL is a warmup for making hyperlinks actually work. ServiceProvider lets
the embedder inject a bundle of services that are specific to the embedding
context (e.g., NavigatorHost). Services that are independent to the embedding
context can be injected via blink::Platform.

No change in behavior. Just deleting dead code.
Also removes ScrollAnimatorNone since it's unused.
We'll need to bring some of this back, but we'll
do that when we get rid of composited scrolling.

These were related to the inspector overlays, if we want to
do this in the future we should place mojo::Views over the
page in the sky debugger so sky itself doesn't need to manage
the overlay views.

I used do-webcore-rename from Blink/WebKit
which is very good at doing this kind
of search-replace.
Also removed toRefPrtNativeArray after
conversion since it previously had two
separate flavors. Both versions are no longer
used so I've removed the code until we
need one again.

This makes Sky never call into the
Heap::init/shutdown methods and removes
most Heap:: and ThreadState:: calls throughout
the rest of Sky.
There is a *ton* more to remove after this.
