* Update project.pbxproj files to say Flutter rather than Chromium
Also, the templates now have an empty organization so that we don't cause people to give their apps a Flutter copyright.
* Update the copyright notice checker to require a standard notice on all files
* Update copyrights on Dart files. (This was a mechanical commit.)
* Fix weird license headers on Dart files that deviate from our conventions; relicense Shrine.
Some were already marked "The Flutter Authors", not clear why. Their
dates have been normalized. Some were missing the blank line after the
license. Some were randomly different in trivial ways for no apparent
reason (e.g. missing the trailing period).
* Clean up the copyrights in non-Dart files. (Manual edits.)
Also, make sure templates don't have copyrights.
* Fix some more ORGANIZATIONNAMEs
* Add optional horizontalMargin and columnSpacing properties to DataTable

* the onStart callback will report the location of the pointer where it wins the gesture arena by default instead of the pointer down location. Fixes all tests related to changing this default value.
* Adds start behavior option to the drag gesture recognizer and makes it the default option when a drag gesture recognizer is created. Also fixes all the tests to work correctly with the new default behavior.
Prevent header from thinking it can wrap and then overflowing.
Fix default footer string which lost its colon (localized values are fine).
Make the "rows per page" drop-down include at least one value even when the table lacks many items. (Previously it would assert if your table was too short.)
Make the footer scrollable.
Fix some todos and improve some debug output.
Tests for much of the above.
Also:
* Remove find.byIcon since it's identical to find.icon. (I sent mail to flutter-dev about this.)
* Fix IconData's operator== and hashCode, which had not been updated when we added fields.
* Add the byTooltip finder to the list of suggested finders.
* Make the suggested Key finder prettier.
UnconstrainedBox will allow its child to size itself as if it had no constraints, and then attempt to fit around that object, until its own constraints are exceeded, in which case it will clip and display an overflow warning.
I also factored out DebugOverflowIndicator, which will draw overflow indicators on containers which overflow but aren't expected to.
Also:
* Provide a better message when you lerp from infinity to finity
constraints.
* Make the striped marker support RTL.
* By popular demand, dump a warning to the console the first time
a particular Flex overflows. (Resets on hot reload.)

Tests
This reverts commit ea21d0c542d05a7738a8357db48fe9490c25c621 which
didn't resolve the pagination control overflow issue. Commit
7425940d5be153430f98aa5b0735545f4a4fc3e5 replaces this as an alternate
workaround. Once flutter/flutter#7980 is resolved, we should revert
7425940d5be153430f98aa5b0735545f4a4fc3e5 and scroll instead.
Once engine commit d49a6b110bced49fa318b0dd45bf409218df9ee5 rolls into
Flutter rolls in, we get correct font metrics for the Ahem font, used in
headless sky_shell test runs. Ahem has much wider glyphs than the system
font, which causes the PaginatedDataTable bottom bar to be much wider
and overflow the previous and next controls offscreen.
This commit reduces the number of rows such that the prev/next controls
are still just barely onscreen.
