This PR added roles: table,cell,row,columnheader in engine side.
Also added table, cell , columnheader in framework widgets `Table` and
`DataTable`.
This PR didn't add `row` in framework side because right now TableCell
is ParentDataWidget expecting its parent to be a Table, tableRow is not
a widget or a renderObject, but just some data. If we want to add a role
to `row`, we need to do some refactor to `TableCell`, `TableRow` and
`Table`. If we need to add row, I will do that in another PR.

[Impeller] Add RoundSuperellipse class, containment check and stroking ( #162826 )

This PR:
* Adds a `RoundSuperellipse` class, which mirrors the current
`RoundRect` class.
* Implements `RoundSuperellipse::Contains`, which checks if a point is
contained by the RSE.
* Adds `Path::AddSuperellipse`, which draws an RSE with Bezier
approximation.
* Adds a `RoundSuperellipseParam` class, which is the common computation
shared by geometry drawing, stroking, and containment check.

This PR also updates the RSE algorithm according to my recent research,
which uses one fewer precomputed variable (no more `d`), shares the same
gap factor with RRect, and allows much better precision. The result
shape is almost unchanged (~0.2% slimmer).

* Adds context creation and WSI routines for Metal and Vulkan.
* Enables all tests for the Metal, Vulkan, and OpenGLES backends.
* Separate standalone examples for Metal, Vulkan, and OpenGLES have been
created. These will be packaged with the SDK.
* Disallows the use of OpenGL ES on macOS.
* All new public methods are documented.
* The SDK version number has been bumped.
* Some incorrect nullability annotations were patched.
* Tests harness is overhauled to reuse the same underlying context as
the playgrounds.
* The C++ public header has been updated.

Add new builder for experiment with dynamic modules. ( #162855 )

This adds a new flavor of android_release_arm64, which enables a build
flag. This is not part of the merge-queue since it's intended for
experimental and internal use at the moment.
Tested locally via `et build --config ci/android_release_arm64_ddm`
This is a first step to get a better gauge of the cost on the build. The
.json is identical to the android_release_arm64 configuration except for
2 new flags added (easier to diff locally). The .ci.yaml has additional
changes to make set this up as no backfill and no release.

[web] Move frame_reference.dart to the html/ folder ( #162608 )

The `frame_reference.dart` file is only used by the HTML renderer. I'm
moving the file to the `html/` folder so that we don't forget to delete
with the rest of the HTML renderer code.

Uprev fuchsia components ( #162338 )
...
Updates fuchsia sdk, gn-sdk and test-scripts to the latest versions. It
should recover the fuchsia LSC which needs the latest combination of
fuchsia sdk and test-scripts. And since I am here, I'd update the gn-sdk
as well.
Unfortunately this CL needs extra code changes due to the API changes,
but they are fairly straightforward.

[web] do not send SemanticsAction.focus inside frame ( #162554 )

When a `SemanticsAction` fires while rendering a frame, delay it by a
zero-length timer.
## Explanation
A concrete situation where this happens is when a semantics update
causes DOM focus shift. DOM focus events are delivered synchronously
when induced programmatically. We _want_ to notify the framework about
the shift. Since it wasn't the framework that decided where the focus
moved, the framework may end up out-of-sync with the engine about which
widget is currently focused. However, if the framework is still in the
middle of rendering a frame, the notification may induce an illegal
`setState`. We have to wait until the framework is done before
delivering the notification.
## How
* Introduce `FrameService` and consolidate all frame scheduling logic
into it (this also makes it way more testable).
* Update all code that needs to schedule frames to use `FrameService`.
* Introduce `isRenderingFrame` boolean that can be used to tell if a
frame is being rendered.
* Change `invokeOnSemanticsAction` to use `isRenderingFrame` to decide
if the action can be delivered immediately, or delayed by a zero-length
timer.

The _licenseNamePattern in the script thinks this file may be a license

Mac-14 bots are on macOS 14.7 (previously 14.5), which [presumably has
Safari

and may fix the errors we were seeing in
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/150023 .
Let's run them on Mac-14 again and see how they do.

[Android] add HC++ platform view class. ( #161829 )

Part of the HC++ project for Android. This adds a current unused and
unusable separate manager class for the new platform view strategy.
Subsequent PRs will fill in the engine implementation as well as adding
a mechanism to detect if support is available and provide a framework
opt in.

This PR eliminates (1) `scenario_app/android`, and all references to an
Android `scenario_app`, including documentation, CI configuration, build
rules, test runner, Android-side test application, and (2), to verify
and disambiguate the remains, renames the folder `ios_scenario_app`,
which is now accurate.
It also eliminates elements that were _only_ used in the Android-side
scenario_app, such as Firebase Test Lab uploading.
I would be open to doing this in phases if we thought it was better to
do so, but given its mostly a mechanical change (and by renaming the
directory, references can be checked merely by looking for
`/\bscenario_app/`, I believe this is safe to iterate on and eventually
merge after the holidays.
## Background
As of the merged mono-repo, there is no longer a requirement for the
engine to be testable as a standalone unit.
As an example,
[`%ENGINE%/testing/scenario_app`](3762f2e973/engine/src/flutter/testing/scenario_apphttps://github.com/flutter/flutter/tree/master/dev/integration_tests/native_driver_test ),
which is a full-fledged Flutter app, which uses standard tooling (i.e.
`flutter`), to test most of the same elements that previously were only
tested in the Android version of `scenario_app`.

[DisplayList] Move nested canvas enums into their own TU. ( #162037 )

These cause ambiguous compiler reference errors on some GCC versions.
And, the errors seem right. But, newer versions of clang seem to resolve
that ambiguity by also checking if the references to the types are also
references to identical types.
Per the chat with Jim, also added the Dl prefix to those types.
No change in functionality. Just a rename of the types and removal of
the now unnecessary typedefs.
