This sentence didn't make a lot of sense as written. It looks like
it was probably based on the doc of invokeMapMethod, and then
incompletely adapted. So, fix it.
## Description
This factors out a separate `RawView` that doesn't add a `MediaQuery` or a `FocusScope`. This PR also adds a new method `WidgetsBindingObserver.didChangeViewFocus` which allows the observer to know when the `FlutterView` that has focus has changed.
It also makes the `View` widget a stateful widget that contains a `FocusScope` and ` FocusTraversalGroup` so that it can respond to changes in the focus of the view.
I've also added a new function to `FocusScopeNode` that will allow the scope node itself to be focused, without looking for descendants that could take the focus. This lets the focus be "parked" at the `FocusManager.instance.rootScope` so that nothing else appears to have focus.

In order to work around the fact that iOS 15 shows a notification on pressing Flutter's paste button (https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/103163), this PR allows showing the iOS system context menu in text fields.

## API changes
### SystemContextMenu
A widget that shows the system context menu when built, and removes it when disposed. The main high-level way that most users would use this PR. Only works on later versions of iOS.
### SystemContextMenuController
Used under the hood to hide and show a system context menu. There can only be one visible at a time.
### MediaQuery.supportsShowingSystemContextMenu
Sent by the iOS embedder to tell the framework whether or not the platform supports showing the system context menu. That way the framework, or Flutter developers, can decide to show a different menu.
### `flutter/platform ContextMenu.showSystemContextMenu`
Sent by the framework to show the menu at a given `targetRect`, which is the current selection rect.
### `flutter/platform ContextMenu.hideSystemContextMenu`
Sent by the framework to hide the menu. Typically not needed, because the platform will hide the menu when the user taps outside of it and after the user presses a button, but it handles edge cases where the user programmatically rebuilds the context menu, for example.
### `flutter/platform System.onDismissSystemContextMenu`
Sent by the iOS embedder to indicate that the system context menu has been hidden by the system, such as when the user taps outside of the menu. This is useful when there are multiple instances of SystemContextMenu, such as with multiple text fields.
It's now possible to use the native-rendered text selection context menu on iOS. This sacrifices customizability in exchange for avoiding showing a notification when the user presses "Paste". It's off by default, but to enable, see the example system_context_menu.0.dart.
This pull request aims for improved readability, based on issue #146600.

In order for text fields to work correctly in multi-view on the web, we need to have the `viewId` information sent to the engine (`TextInput.setClient`). And while the text field is active, if it somehow moves to a new `View`, we need to inform the engine about such change (`TextInput.updateConfig`).

This PR makes the static API of the `BackgroundIsolateBinaryMessenger` consistent between its web and IO implementations.
This way, multi-platform applications will compile for the web when using the `ensureInitialized` method (even though it'll throw at runtime, like the `instance` getter, because isolates are not supported on the web).

Originally, my aim was just to refactor (as per usual), but while messing around with the `TableBorder.symmetric` constructor, I realized that `borderRadius` was missing!

## Description
This cleans up how synonyms are calculated, and adds a reverse mapping from pseudo keys to the real keys they are synonyms of.
Updates the `layout_goals.json` to include the "Space" key, since that was added in the engine without updating the generation configuration.
Touch events were being ignored by Google Maps because we were always setting
the event source to UNKNOWN. This PR maps our PointerDeviceKind to
Android's InputDevice.SOURCE_* enums.
Manually tested with Google Maps.

## Description
Adds some convenience methods to `KeyEvent` that allow testing to see if a logical or physical key is pressed from the event object. These are similar to the ones already on `RawKeyEvent`, and will make migration the to `KeyEvent` easier (so it could more easily be a `flutter fix` migration).

Before this change, long-running post-frame callbacks wouldn't show up in the timeline at all. This adds a timeline event for post-frame callbacks, with a debug flag that will add timeline events for each individual callback.
#testexempt -- we have no way to test calls to the timeline.

Adds a services API that allows flutter app developers to write app code that determines `--flavor` the app was built with.
This is implemented by having the tool adding the value of `--flavor` to its list of dart environment declarations, which will be available to the app at run time. Specifically,`FLUTTER_APP_FLAVOR` is set. I chose this implementation for its simplicity. There is some precedent for this, but only for web ([example](cd2f3f5e78/packages/flutter_tools/lib/src/runner/flutter_command.dart (L1231))).
PlatformViews have been supported without a custom engine build on iOS
for quite some time now, and are nearing support for macOS. Adds a link
to the website documentation covering creation of PlatformViews for iOS
and adds a TODO to do the same once the macOS PlatformView documentation
is ready.

When it comes to startup profiling, it is very helpful to look at platform channels. `debugProfilePlatformChannels` today only works in debug and profile mode. Unfortunately, using profile mode is less accurate for startup profiling, because of the service isolate introducing additional overhead.
This PR allows this toggle to work in release mode. Note that there are two parts to `debugProfilePlatformChannels`:
- Adding timeline events
- Logging statistics about platform channels
I also considered adding a separate toggle to limit the scope of this change to the former, but that seems like complexity that we might not need at this time.

## Description
This removes all of the comments that are of the form "so-and-so (must not be null|can ?not be null|must be non-null)" from the cases where those values are defines as non-nullable values.
This PR removes them from the animation, cupertino, foundation, gestures, semantics, and services libraries. Each of them only had a few, so I lumped them together.
This was done by hand, since it really didn't lend itself to scripting, so it needs to be more than just spot-checked, I think. I was careful to leave any comment that referred to parameters that were nullable, but I may have missed some.
In addition to being no longer relevant after null safety has been made the default, these comments were largely fragile, in that it was easy for them to get out of date, and not be accurate anymore anyhow.
This did create a number of constructor comments which basically say "Creates a [Foo].", but I don't really know how to avoid that in a large scale change, since there's not much you can really say in a lot of cases. I think we might consider some leniency for constructors to the "Comment must be meaningful" style guidance (which we de facto have already, since there are a bunch of these).

This PR modifies the web build slightly to create an `AssetManifest.json`, that is a JSON(base64)-encoded version of the `AssetManifest.bin` file.
_(This should enable all browsers to download the file without any interference, and all servers to serve it with the correct headers.)_
It also modifies Flutter's `AssetManifest` class so it loads and uses said file `if (kIsWeb)`.
