[iOS] Add Live Text option to system context menu (#170969)

Ensure disabling text fields' interactive selection disables shortcuts (#171050)
[`EditableText.enableInteractiveSelection`](https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/widgets/EditableText/enableInteractiveSelection.html) can be used to disable text selection and shortcuts in a text field. Previously, `EditableText` would disable the shortcut actions using [`Action.isEnabled`](https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/widgets/Action/isEnabled.html). As a result, the action would ignore the key event, and the key event would propagate. On some platforms, the key event would propagate to the native text view, causing weird behaviors like text getting copied. Now, the text field shortcuts stop propagation of the key event when `enableInteractiveSelection` is `false`. This ensures that the text field "consumes" the key events and prevents a parent of the text field or native views from receiving the key event. Partially addresses https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/157611 ⚠️ Note: This does not fix the bug on Flutter Web as it handles text field shortcuts separately. Add RawMenuAnchor animation callbacks (#167806)
Alternative to https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/163481, https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/167537, https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/163481 that uses callbacks. @dkwingsmt - you inspired me to simplify the menu behavior. I didn't end up using Actions, mainly because nested behavior was unwieldy and capturing BuildContext has drawbacks. This uses a basic callback mechanism to animate the menu open and closed. Check out the examples. <hr /> ### The problem RawMenuAnchor synchronously shows or hides an overlay menu in response to `MenuController.open()` and `MenuController.close`, respectively. Because animations cannot be run on a hidden overlay, there currently is no way for developers to add animations to RawMenuAnchor and its subclasses (MenuAnchor, DropdownMenuButton, etc). ### The solution This PR: - Adds two callbacks -- `onOpenRequested` and `onCloseRequested` -- to RawMenuAnchor. - onOpenRequested is called with a position and a showOverlay callback, which opens the menu when called. - onCloseRequested is called with a hideOverlay callback, which hides the menu when called. When `MenuController.open()` and `MenuController.close()` are called, onOpenRequested and onCloseRequested are invoked, respectively. CupertinoPicker new onChanged behaviour (#170202)
This PR adds a new behaviour to `ListWheelScrollView` that allows to switch between reporting changes on scroll update or only on scroll end. `CupertinoPicker` now has a `changeReportingBehavior` param that forwards to `ListWheelScrollView`. New behaviour is a breaking change if set as default, so I have added the `changeReportingBehavior` param to opt-in. My idea is that it can be marked as `Deprecated` immediately and then removed from `CupertinoPicker` later or we can just leave the param there and make it more customizable. I am open to other ideas on how to land this without breaking clients. Fix dragging scrollbar down causes unexpected behavior when scrollable has a negative minScrollExtent (#170331)

I have to factor out abstract class for RadioGroupRegistry and
RadioClient which are subclassed by RadioGroupState and RawRadio
respectively.
I have to do this because the RadioListTile that has 2 focusnode one for
listTile and one for the radio it builds. The issue is that RadioGroup's
keyboard shortcut has to tightly couples with the focus node of each
radio, but the radioListtile has to mute the radio's focusnode so it can
act as one control under keyboard shortcut

Check to see if previous page is laid out before starting hero flight (#169633)
Fixes #168267 When going back to a page that never rendered with a hero transition, the app was hanging. [web] Fix unresponsive input above SelectionArea in Safari and Firefox. (#167275)

### Description
When the `TextField` is placed above the `HtmlElementView`, it becomes
unresponsive on Safari and Firefox. After the investigation, I found
that this happens because the underlying `input`/`textarea` loses focus,
leading to not listening to the keyboard input.
After some investigation, I found out that calling `preventDefault` on
`mousedown` events on SelectionArea's `div` element prevents the
`input/textarea` from losing focus.
This PR focuses on `SelectionArea`, but there is the same issue
happening in the `pointer_interceptor ` package
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/157920. If this solution is
accepted, then I could file a separate PR for `pointer_interceptor`
package with the same fix.

The fix I am proposing is to delay the `moveFocusToActiveDomElement` by
using `Timer`. I am not sure whether this is a proper fix, as it looks
like the issues may be in the way pointer events are handled. I tried
adding `event.preventDefault()` after `_callback(event, pointerData)` in
`pointer_binding.dart` and the issue was fixed, but then text selection
in `SelectionRegion` became broken.

[Cupertino] Apply RSuperellipse to most Cupertino widgets (#167784)
This PR applies RSuperellipse to most Cupertino widgets. I got the list by searching for `ClipRRect`, `drawRRect`, and `BoxDecoration` (with `borderRadius`) through the package. They're replaced by `ClipRSuperellipse`, `drawRSuperellipse`, and `ShapeDecoration` respectively. There are a few widgets that I didn't apply: * `CupertinoTextField` as well as its related widget `CupertinoSearchTextField`, because `CupertinoTextField` expects a `BoxDecoration` argument. Migrating it is nontrivial and will take place in a separate PR. * `CupertinoTextSelectionToolbar`, because it seems complicated (containing a lot of paths). I wonder if it's possible to replace the clipPath with clipRRect/clipRSe for better performance. * `CupertinoSwitch`. I suspect it's not an squircle since it tightly contains a full circle. Add support for hiding widget subtrees from the widget inspector (#169007)
This PR introduces two new widgets: - `DisableWidgetInspectorScope`, which hides its children from the widget inspector - `EnableWidgetInspectorScope`, which makes its children available to the widget inspector These widgets are used to inform the `WidgetInspectorService`'s `InspectorSerializationDelegate` when it should be omitting `DiagnosticableNodes` from the response when building the root widget tree for the inspector. This functionality is meant to be used by developer tooling and packages that want to prevent unnecessary implementation details from polluting the inspector and possibly confusing end users. This change also includes some minor updates to the Widget Preview scaffolding template to hide the scaffold's implementation details and only show details for the previews defined by the user. The equality of 2 `SystemTextScaler` is determined by the platform's `textScaleFactor` scalar, because the `scale` method is always monotonically increasing wrt `textScaleFactor`. Android home/end keyboard shortcut support (#168184)
This PR adds support for Home and End keyboard shortcuts on Android. It seems like we had mistakenly purposely disabled them on Android before (or maybe native Android recently added support for them?). In the process I also noticed that Linux was missing home/end+control shortcuts, so I added them. I confirmed that these are supported natively using my Linux machine.
