Fix DecoratedSliver sample to avoid antialiasing gap (#179848)
## Description The DecoratedSliver sample was showing an antialiasing gap between two adjacent slivers when scrolling on desktop platforms (as reported in #166822). The fix uses a single `DecoratedSliver` wrapping a `SliverMainAxisGroup` instead of two separate `DecoratedSliver` widgets. This eliminates the gap while still demonstrating the widget effectively. [material/menu_anchor.dart] Add animations to MenuAnchor. (#176494)
* Adds MD3 animations to MenuAnchor. * Adds a "hoverOpenDelay" parameter on `SubmenuButton` * Moves the layout algorithm from SingleChildLayoutDelegate to a custom render object. <s>This was done because I needed to access the dry layout of the menu panel for the best effect. I'll demonstrate below.</s> Turns out using dry layout significantly limits what children you can use with a widget. As a result, I'm calculating the final height using the inverse height factor. Fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/135025 I don't have access to the internal Google documentation, so I did my best to deduce the spec from https://github.com/material-components/material-web/blob/main/menu/internal/menu.ts. This change is currently opt-in via an `animated` parameter on `MenuAnchor` and `SubmenuButton`. As a result, this is not a breaking change. Because the PR is already quite large, I chose to not add animation customization to this PR. I also didn't change any theming files or `DropdownMenu`. The only other API addition is a `hoverOpenDelay` parameter on `SubmenuButton`. This parameter delays the start of a submenu opening by the specified duration. It is independent of the `animated` parameter. When `animated == false`, the menu runs its forward and reverse animations with a duration of 0. CupertinoSheetRoute with scrolling and dragging (#177337)
Fixes #161687 Enables scrollable content within the sheet to work together with the dragging animation. A non-scrolling area can be wrapped with `CupertinoSheetDragArea` to put a drag gesture recognizer only on that area, convenient for navbars. clean up usages of resetXyz for TestFlutterView (#180840)
While reviewing https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/180728 we noticed that usage of `TestFlutterView.resetXyz()` was quite liberal and some places benefit from using `TestFlutterView.reset()`, to avoid repetition. Add TabBar API example for scroll notification integration (#180728)

I bring it into an API example so that users can find it easier. The example showcases how to apply custom behavior based on the scroll in TabBar. [Material] Change default mouse cursor of buttons to basic arrow instead of click (except on web) (#171796)
Changes default mouse cursor of Material buttons to basic arrow instead of click as per updated Android guidance. For each Material button, I did the following: 1. Changed the default mouse cursor to the basic arrow. 2. Added a way to configure the mouse cursor of the button if a method did not exist before. 3. Added a test to ensure that the default mouse cursor is now the basic arrow (or modified an existing one if applicable). 4. Added a test to ensure that the customization of button mouse cursors still works (if currently untested). Update image.error_builder.0.dart to replace the emoji with some text (#176886)

Feat: Add momentary varient of CupertinoSlidingSegmentedControl (#164262)
This PR introduces a new boolean flag, `isMomentary`, to the `CupertinoSlidingSegmentedControl` widget. When `isMomentary` is set to `true`, the segmented control behaves like a momentary switch. Selecting a segment triggers its associated action (e.g., via `onValueChanged`), but the segment doesn't stay visually selected after the interaction ends. The control visually returns to its previous state or a default state (often no segment selected). When `isMomentary` is `false` (the default behavior), the control maintains the selection state visually, highlighting the last chosen segment. **Motivation** Currently, `CupertinoSlidingSegmentedControl` always maintains a selected state. There are use cases where developers might want to use the segmented control purely for triggering actions without persisting a visual selection state, similar to how a `UISegmentedControl` can be configured on iOS with `isMomentary = true`. This provides more flexibility and aligns the Flutter widget closer to its native counterpart's capabilities. Route transition duration (#171109)
We need a robust way to get the duration of a route transition in tests,
so that tests can remain independent of the type of route transition and
its duration.
With this PR, this will be the canonical way to pump until a page
transition has finished:
