Fix AppBar Semantics namesRoute for mismatched platforms (#176694)

[DDM] enable host builds in the merge queue (#177446)
Follow-up to https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/177252. Towards b/452833651. Similar to https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/168233. This changes the ddm host build to be part of the merge queue so they are available on every commit because we want to use them for internal testing and use them on CI internally. |

[skia] Disable legacy png encoding/decoding in skp (#177462)
This removes an implicit coupling on core Skia and PNG encoders/decoders. Clean before building when framework headers change (#177512)
Starting with Xcode 26, when a precompiled file changes (like a header file in the Flutter framework), it throws an error. This PR adds a fingerprinter to track changes to the headers. If the fingerprinting detects a change, it cleans before building. This only applies to Xcode 26 and incremental builds. Fresh builds should not clean. [ Tool ] Add Stream.transformWithCallSite to provide more useful stack traces (#177470)
Exceptions thrown within a stream transformer don't provide any context as to where the call to `transform(...)` occurred within the program, often resulting in stack traces consisting of only Dart SDK sources. This change adds a new extension method on `Stream` called `transformWithCallSite`, which captures the current `StackTrace` upon invocation. Bump Templates To Correct Versions (#177416)
I bumped templates to the correct versions. I also included a fix for kgp and agp compatability. AGP 8.11.0 -> 8.11.1 Gradle 8.13 -> 8.14 KGP 2.2.0 -> 2.2.20 I ran `flutter analyze --suggestions` and `flutter build apk` to ensure these are safe versions. Will cherry pick this to beta after the pr merges. [web] Use SkPathBuilder because SkPath is becoming immutable (#177343)
Skia is working on making `SkPath` immutable: https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/skia/+/1075478 In Flutter Web's CanvasKit renderer, we use `SkPath` as a mutable object, which made the [Skia roll](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/177184) fail. To fix this, we should start using `SkPathBuilder` instead. Remaining work: - [x] Figure out the deletion/disposal of `SkPath`s generated from `.snapshot()` calls. - [ ] `LazyPath` should be restructured to better accommodate a world of immutable paths and path builders (coming in a future PR). |
