completing it with unit tests and docs._

Adding this property to the indicators allows all indicators on a same

Fix mutating Paint bug (#171180)
A tricky bug was encountered in
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/170321/files#r2138619243 where
mutating Paint caused
[paints](https://main-api.flutter.dev/flutter/flutter_test/paints.html)
to behave strangely.

Originally this PR just added something to the docs for `paints` to give
people a heads up, but now it fixes the root cause. Yak shave 🪒 .

[Cupertino] Make some widgets no longer use RSuperellipse (#171830)
This PR reverts a few widgets back from
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/167784, so that they draw
`RRect` instead of `RSuperellipse`. These shapes are either too small to
make a difference between the two shapes, or indifferent at all. After
observing how costly RSuperellipses are on Web, I decided that this is a
good compromise.

[Cupertino] Apply RSuperellipse to most Cupertino widgets (#167784)
This PR applies RSuperellipse to most Cupertino widgets. I got the list
by searching for `ClipRRect`, `drawRRect`, and `BoxDecoration` (with
`borderRadius`) through the package. They're replaced by
`ClipRSuperellipse`, `drawRSuperellipse`, and `ShapeDecoration`
respectively.

There are a few widgets that I didn't apply:
* `CupertinoTextField` as well as its related widget
`CupertinoSearchTextField`, because `CupertinoTextField` expects a
`BoxDecoration` argument. Migrating it is nontrivial and will take place
in a separate PR.
* `CupertinoTextSelectionToolbar`, because it seems complicated
(containing a lot of paths). I wonder if it's possible to replace the
clipPath with clipRRect/clipRSe for better performance.
* `CupertinoSwitch`. I suspect it's not an squircle since it tightly
contains a full circle.

Fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/13914.

Auto-format Framework (#160545)
This auto-formats all *.dart files in the repository outside of the
`engine` subdirectory and enforces that these files stay formatted with
a presubmit check.

**Reviewers:** Please carefully review all the commits except for the
one titled "formatted". The "formatted" commit was auto-generated by
running `dev/tools/format.sh -a -f`. The other commits were hand-crafted
to prepare the repo for the formatting change. I recommend reviewing the
commits one-by-one via the "Commits" tab and avoiding Github's "Files
changed" tab as it will likely slow down your browser because of the
size of this PR.

Factor out Container objects (#153619)
This pull request follows up on [a PR from 4 months ago](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/147432) that aimed to reduce the number of `Container` objects in the framework.

I feel like now's a good time to wrap it up!
(especially since I've gained a grasp of how "rebase" vs. "merge commit" can [affect test results](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/blob/master/docs/contributing/Tree-hygiene.md#using-git) 🙂)

Implement new AnimationStatus getters (#148570)
PR #147801 introduced some convenient `AnimationStatus` getters, but I just realized that `AnimationController` now has 2 getters for the same thing: `isAnimating` and `isRunning`.

The intent of this pull request is to correct that mistake, and implement the getters in the appropriate places.

Update tokens to v2.3.5 (#145356)
* Updated the Material Design tokens to v2.3.5
* Linear and circular progress indicator token sets are deprecated in v0.207. The `md.com.progress-indicator` token set was created and should be used instead.
* tokens is now using [semantic versioning](https://semver.org/) (Thanks @guidezpl for reminding:) )
* ~Fixes #128877. The default text style is updated to `bodyLarge` now:)~ Added TODOs for the label text style of `PopupMenuButton`. Will create a separate PR because this change breaks Google testing.

Move mock canvas to flutter_test (#131631)
Fixes https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/59413

This relocates `mock_canvas.dart` and `recording_canvas.dart` from `flutter/test/rendering` to `flutter_test`.

The testing functionality afforded by mock_canvas should be available to everyone, not just the framework. :)

mock_canvas.dart needed a bit of cleanup - things like formatting and super parameters.

Reland - "Update Unit Tests for M2/M3" (#131504)
Reverts flutter/flutter#131368
Original PR: https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/131292 . The
flutter mirror was out of date and tree was closed, so the original PR
was reverted. Now should be safe to have a reland.

> The mirror is probably out of sync. The failing commit introduced new changes, but they have not been updated yet. I would revert the PR until we can check the mirror. Last week it went 2+ hours out of sync so rerunning it may not green the tree for a while.
