This commit introduces the ability for users to set a custom OpenAI API proxy URL through the configuration settings. The default value is set to "https://api.openai.com/v1/".

Changes:
- Added a new input field for setting the OpenAI API proxy URL in the Config component
- Added a new key-value pair in the config schema for storing and retrieving the OpenAI API proxy URL
